The Aurora condo is among the most recently announced buildings set to join the existing collection of Sunny Isles Beach condos for sale.  After some necessary downsizing, the seventeen-story project by renowned architect Luis Revuelta has recently launched sales.  The new Aurora condominium will have a total of 61 units as well as a collection of lanai residences and a penthouse, all of which will be located on the building’s fourth floor and above.  Residences will have at least 1,500 square feet of living area or 2,100 square feet.

The full list of amenities expected within the 204-foot Aurora building have yet to be revealed but buyers can expect to find a large pool deck area, a modern fitness center, and a social area so future residents can relax and spend some quality downtime or get to know some of their fellow Aurora condo neighbors.  Aurora is also expected to have commercial space on the ground floor and 135 parking spaces among two floors.  Smaller units will have two to three bedrooms with prices starting in the upper $600s per square foot, or low $800,000s.
