The Chateau Group has contributed to many projects throughout South Florida, but its name has been in the news a lot more than usual thanks to the several different projects set to emerge, like the Chateau Beach in Sunny Isles to the upcoming 52-story Ritz-Carlton set to begin construction next year.  Chateau Group is now setting its sights on yet another project in Sunny Isles Beach.

Sunny Isles Beach city commissioners recently gave the okay for a site plan intended for a 56-story building.  The mixed-use project will consist of a pair of towers and will contain just over 430 Sunny Isles Beach condos for sale, 90 hotel and apartment units, and 60 hotel rooms.  The project’s address will be 18801 Collins Avenue.  Although it does not have an official name yet, the odds are that much like the Ritz-Carlton, it will bear the name of a hotel.

The Chateau Group is also responsible for the Fendi Chateau in the nearby town of Surfside.  The twelve-story building is also expected next year and will have 58 units with two to five bedrooms.
