There are so many wonderful choices available for Realtors in Miami, I initially decided it was impossible to pick one. So, I did my own market research, had a good idea of the housing market, but wanted to prepare the house better, maximize on the price and also on the reach. It was obvious I needed a realtor. So, how do you pick one? While putting together a chart of possible candidates, I posted a trigger question on the Nextdoor App. That resulted in a ton of responses, texts, DM’s and emails. Where do you go from there? Lo and behold, one night there was a knock at my door (reaction from my post) and everything from that moment on superseded all expectations and, without a doubt, the answer to our prayers. Jon, not only has a go-getter and a doer attitude, but is very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and is such a pleasure to work with. He has a nostalgic quality to how he conducts his businesses. It was my first time buying a property in United States and a close friend of mine and co-worker put me in contact with her Immediately I received a call and she explained all the steps, find me some people to get the pre approvals, the mortgage. She identified perfectly my needs and in the first list of apartments she sent me I found the one I liked. She helped me with the offer and after the closing, she has been helping me dealing with the association and some extra things I wanted to do in the apartment plus with the moving and cleaning.
