There are so many wonderful choices available for Realtors in Miami, I initially decided it was impossible to pick one. So, I did my own market research, had a good idea of the housing market, but wanted to prepare the house better, maximize on the price and also on the reach. It was obvious I needed a realtor. So, how do you pick one? While putting together a chart of possible candidates, I posted a trigger question on the Nextdoor App. That resulted in a ton of responses, texts, DM’s and emails. Where do you go from there? Lo and behold, one night there was a knock at my door (reaction from my post) and everything from that moment on superseded all expectations and, without a doubt, the answer to our prayers. It was my first time buying a property in United States and a close friend of mine and co-worker put me in contact with her Immediately I received a call and she explained all the steps, find me some people to get the pre approvals, the mortgage.
