There are so many wonderful choices available for Realtors in Miami, I initially decided it was impossible to pick one. So, I did my own market research, had a good idea of the housing market, but wanted to prepare the house better, maximize on the price and also on the reach. It was obvious I needed a realtor. So, how do you pick one? While putting together a chart of possible candidates, I posted a trigger question on the Nextdoor App. That resulted in a ton of responses, texts, DM’s and emails. It was my first time buying a property in United States and a close friend of mine and co-worker put me in contact with her Immediately I received a call and she explained all the steps, find me some people to get the pre approvals, the mortgage. She identified perfectly my needs and in the first list of apartments she sent me I found the one I liked.
