About Jon
Jon is a Miami native and FIU graduate. He joined Coldwell Banker Realty while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Psychology along with his Masters Degree in the FIU College of Education…
During this time, he learned the ins and outs of the business under the tutelage of The Gilman Team, consisting of his mother and father, Jim and Sonia Gilman; a powerhouse couple annual award-winning team that always finished in the top 1% of producers nationwide.
Throughout the years Jon has gained valuable first-hand experience in all aspects of the industry, having worked with sellers and buyers throughout all types of markets. Jon also continued his real estate education by obtaining his Brokers license in 2017. Using technology to his clients advantage and in turn creating a sense of competitive urgency is how Jon is able to sell his listings fast and for top dollar.
About Cris
Cristina relocated to Miami in 2015 from Spain with a family history in real estate development focused primarily between Alicante and Albacete, just east of Madrid.
Prior to relocating she worked as a flight attendant for Scandinavian and European Airlines.
Cristina married Jon in 2017, after meeting him nine years earlier, each on their own individual vacation trip in Greece (inquire for more details). In 2021, they were blessed with their first baby, Sofia, born on April 26th. Now they team together to form a professional and personable husband and wife duo that can reach each individuals’ real estate needs and desires by really listening, understanding and doing.

Sonia Gilman is the pioneer of the Gilman Group! She has been a licensed and full time Realtor in South Florida since 1989 and has set a concrete foundation of ethics and a “client first” attitude that Jon and Cristina carry forward.
