About Jon Gilman

Jon Gilman is a second-generation realtor with over 15 years of full-time experience in the Miami real estate market. A proud Miami native, Jon is a second-generation realtor who grew up learning from the Gilman Team, an award-winning, top-producing group consistently ranked among the best in the industry. This early exposure laid the foundation for Jon’s deep passion for real estate and his dedication to providing exceptional service.

Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Psychology, along with a Master's degree in Education from Florida International University. He continues to advance his expertise in the industry by pursuing his Broker Associate license and completing the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing program (Global Luxury for Coldwell Banker).

Since joining Coldwell Banker Realty in 2006, Jon has consistently ranked among the top 2% of agents nationwide in production, a distinction he’s maintained since 2019. His comprehensive knowledge of pricing, negotiation, and market dynamics, along with a keen understanding of buyer and seller psychology, allows him to create competitive urgency and secure top market prices for his clients.

Outside of work, Jon married Cristina in 2017, and they currently reside in Kendallwood, the same neighborhood where Jon grew up. They are proud parents to two children, Sofia and Martin, and remain deeply invested in their community.
